The Design step produces a custom set of actions to address the deficiencies detected by screening.
The outcomes of this step are:

Students are assigned a set of immediate actions

A pathway is defined with actions that cover a period of up to 4 weeks.

The Train step is where the student engages with the plan and takes steps towards their goals. The activities fall into one of three categories:
